Which Vault plans have free trials and how long do they last?
Annual plans come with a 7-day free trial.
Why is a credit card required for the free trial?
Having your billing information on file creates a seamless transition into a paid subscription with no disruption to your services.
Can I cancel before the trial ends to not be charged?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription prior to the trial ending from your Subscriptions page and you will not be charged.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at midnight (12 AM PST) at the end of the 7th day. You can see your next billing date on your Purchases page.
Can I get a refund?
Once you are charged we cannot offer refunds at this time. You can cancel your subscription to avoid future charges and will have access to the services until your billing period expires.
