I Can't Find My Order in My Purchases

There are a number of possible scenarios why you are unable to locate your purchase. Here are some common causes:


Multiple Accounts with Us

In most cases, customers who purchased a product can't easily find it in their Purchases Tab because they have more than one account with us. Typically, customers who contact us about this accidentally created multiple accounts and made a purchase with any of them. 

We recommended trying to log in to accounts with the email addresses that you have access to. If you can’t remember the passwords please, use the Forgot Your Password link. 

 

Placed an Order as a Guest User

You also may have placed an order as a Guest customer. Unfortunately, you will not have access to your purchases. We suggest that you check your Inbox for the purchase or submit a request. Please provide as much information as you can to help us locate your order quicker:

  • First & Last Name used in the order
  • Any other Email Addresses that you might’ve used in the order
  • Date of the order
  • Amount of the order
  • Store where you made the order

 

Made the Purchase/ Account via Facebook

It's also possible that you signed up by linking your account to your Facebook, so we recommend trying logging in using the e-mail address associated with your Facebook. Use the Forgot Your Password link.

 

Placed an order with an Incorrect Email Address

It is possible you might’ve placed an order with an incorrect email address. We suggest that you submit a request. Please provide as much information as you can to help us locate your order quicker:

  • First & Last Name used in the order
  • Date of the order
  • Amount of the order
  • Store where you made the order


Order Did Not Go Through/ Order Went Under Review

It is possible that your order encountered issues during checkout. We suggest that you submit a request. Please provide as much information as you can to help us locate your order quicker:

  • First & Last Name used in the order
  • Date of the order
  • Amount of the order
  • Store where you made the order
