Unless otherwise stated on the sales page, all refurbished products sold on our site qualify for our 30-day return policy. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

While our seller partners go through an extensive refurbishing process - including cleaning, repairs, replacement of defective parts, and quality testing - we still recommend fully inspecting and testing out your refurbished item as soon as you receive it. Should you run into any issues, please contact our support team within 30 days of receipt.
Are extended warranties available on refurbished products?
